We have have hadcome back for follow up repairs and there has been several day delays in the repairs but always kept us informed. Very nice personnel! They explain everything!

Once parts were ordered and received it still took 4 days to “finish” my car. I received a text saying it was completed on Tuesday night (July 31st). When I arrived Wednesday evening I was told it wasn’t yet ready but would be ready shortly. An hour later I was told it was done, was told I would get my paperwork emailed to me instead of given to me at the counter because they were too busy. Once my car was brought out there was one repair that had not been completed and the service manager I was dealing with could not be found. Someone else helped me and got the problem resolved but when the service manager did appear he was a bit rude about the situation. Poor service overall.

Freddie was really nice and explained everything they were going to do to figure out what was going on with my car. The whole team was very speedy, knowledgeable and compassionate. Honda Cars of Katy is great!!!!

David Acuna helped me out with a small windshield crack. He even went ahead and had a technician quickly see it with me in a jiffy and put me through for service. I was amazed how fast I was helped and talked through the service. Awesome service staff! (even with little jobs like this). Not only was I greeted with great customer service with David but also at the parts desk. There, Nicholas Pearson helped me find and get what I needed quick and easy! The great part was the desire to help me out and the ease of it all. I have had no issues with the 2 years I have been coming to this location regarding customer service, it keeps me coming back.

Almost 2 hours for my first oil change and tire rotation (with an appointment). There were empty bays at the quick service center and I should have been offered to go there for immediate service of these simple items. The service was ultimately fine, it just took too long. I'll no longer make appointments and just call the quick service center for routine stuff.
