Walked cross the grassy area outside the service area and fell in a hole. Please fill in hole with dirt to avoid injury to clients.

I was very disappointed when Honda didn’t finish my appointment the first time but Ashley was very helpful and took the time to explain the reasons and make sure my next appointment went smoothly.
I appreciate the service at Honda Katy. The available loaner car is certainly a plus and a peace of mind. Also the txt communication is appreciated.
However on a critical note !!! I am very concerned about the knowledge and deatailed care of your mechanics. For some reason every oil change I have had issues, which brings the safety of myself and family in a questionable situation. Not even elaborating about my time, my driveway and now oil stain in my garage. With a demanding job and 1k miles a week, I thought to be in good hands purchasing a new CR-V, with great ratings. Unfortunately the rating for Honda Katy service department isn’t at the top of my list. (Ashley Beavers has been wonderful)
As I discussed with the Service department manager and in short a conversation with the dealership owner, there is a lack of oversight, training, management in my opinion.

What is the point of making an appointment if my car is not brought in the garage at that time but instead 45 minutes later as if I got there and was in line behind other people. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change is unaaceptable and a car wash is not even offered. I had to request a car wash upon arrival. I thought a complimentary car wash was standard

Got a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Got to the dealership to return loner car and pick up mine. Staff was very nice and fast on checking me out. Left dealership drove a mile down and realized the air conditioning was still not blowing out cold air. So I than returned to dealership and notified the gentleman that ac was still not working. He apologized numerous times and got me back into a loaner immediately with no hassle. No the car was not ready but the front desk customer service I receive was beyond my expectations. I was very impressed with that and that alone took away the inconvenience of me driving over there and not having my car ready. I still give Honda a 10 star rating for customer service
