My car was never serviced. I left without my car being serviced. The service manager made a comment that I am the type of person that is not honest.

Just disappointed. Drove out of the service center and five minutes later my tire pressure is low signal turned on in my car.

My experience with the Honda Katy was very good and professional.
Never had a complaint and it's not really about Eric. He's cool and does a good job BUT when I was told that the tires that I have on my car didn't come from HONDA CARS OF KATY but I'm in the computer for purchasing two tires last year and they're under warranty it rubbed me the wrong way. Then when I was told that I had to pay for the tire 300 plus dollars but I'm under warranty that got me as well! I was there at the place for quite a while and I've never had a experience like that there before. The manager rubbed me the wrong way with his sarcasm and failure to listen and just try and make a sale on something that was sold to me once. He told me that notes would be taken on the goodwill tire that I was given and I wasn't going to be covered on that tire that was supposedly given to me. I then told him he would not be coming back there again for any tires! He gave me a goodwill tire but the guy that sold me the tire said I was covered under a warranty and that's what I thought coming up there but instead I feel like I did everything else except help them put the tire on! I don't want the managers job to be taken but he needs to know his tough guy demeanor doesn't work for everybody. Learn how to follow before you can lead...I don't think he understands that!
