I just felt like he was trying to get as much money as he could out of me. He sells me a 300 dollar battery with a 100 month warranty. I’m just paying big money for a warranty I’ll never use. The car is 6 years old and I’ll probably not have the car for more than 2 years. Plus I won’t be able to transfer the warranty to the buyer when I sell. I probably should have went to Interstate battery and put it in myself. I would have saved a lot of money. This is my second Honda I bought from Sierra. Never had a complaint until now. I just felt like I got ripped off. I don’t need or want to pay for a 300 dollar with a 100 month warranty.

I am pleased that I can get flexible scheduling at Serra. It made it possible for me to get service in GR when I visit my family coming from Lansing.I prefer Serra.
