I don't have money to just come up with for another new car. Needed a honda dealership to scan my vehicle before I continued to work on the damages to my car after a deer hit me. Now I don't know how to get car running. My father passed away and I need to get to my mother every day. But without the help from honda, I still won't be able to get my car running without putting money into body work. I am disabled and unable to work, so I have no choice but to keep putting work into the vehicle I bought new off their lot, hoping it would last me longer than 7 years before having the transmission go out and the engine blowing up with no warning, no check engine lights, no noise until it was too late. I had hoped they would be more compassionate towards someone who had bought 3 vehicles from there and had sent at least 7 other people to buy cars from them. Unfortunately I will not be standing behind that dealership anymore. Thank you for treating a customer like a person who should ashamed to even walk into your establishment.
