Garrett's words were these: " they wouldn't give me any information" " they were short". There is one aspect that confused me. We bought this car because the previous owner had been very diligent about service. She was faithful to every service detail as well as all of the major service aspects...i.e. 10,000, 30,000..50,000, 100, 000. Yet less than 48hours of ownership we had battery issues. I had to get the book out to know how to open the hood...thr battery said AAA on the side which doesn't seem like a Honda battery. The battery post was solid pinkish corrosion????? The car would not start..of course the Honda Servic was closed on Saturday. With all of the attention to 'service', why wouldn't this have come to someone's attention? This aspect was very disturbing to us.. I get out of work at 10pm...dark, virtually no cars around..It was hazardous to my safety. Garrett is a critical heart pt and vehicle reliability is paramount. I am thankful that I carry jumpers and at home have a charger but this scenario could have ended so differently. Yes, I had to sign that we accepted the vehicle 'as is'..... but I didn't even give though that what should have been a routine check at service, would be ignored . We have always done our service at Serra but this particular aspect does not sit well. Jean M

For a busy place the service went like clock work. I was very pleased. Davin checked me in with no problem and even sought me out to return my phone that I mistakenly left in the car. I was in and out in no time!

Very good service, reception desk and courtesy driver but only wished they replaced all my wiper blades not just front as I asked. The back blade is not good leaves streaks now I’ll have to go to an auto store and find a blade and pay someone to install the back wiper
