Cale was very friendly and professional. He listened to my concern about an unusual sound while driving. After test driving my vehicle he decided that it didn't sound normal and set up an appointment to bring it back next week.

There was no communication during the day when my car was in the shop. I specifically asked for tires not to be rotated and they still were. To Cale’s credit, he told my wife that the next rotation was free, but still frustrating to call the day before and hear nothing back other than sending me the bill.

I didn't ask for a tire rotation which was on my coupon with a discounted oil change. My tires were rotated but the service clerk removed the charge when I informed him only an oil change was scheduled. Also, the tech forgot to recaliberate my tire pressure setting on my car. I was able to do it after checking to make sure my tires were properly inflated/
