I went in to have battery changed when that was finished I got in my car did not even get out of your garage when the engine light came on went back and was told I needed a AFsensor for over 300 dollars. The light never came on the day before or driving over there. It conviently came on right after the new battery was put inI feel it had to do .with the battery replacement and the computer . I lost my job and only had a certain amount of money available so this was a big hit. Very disappointed with this service.especially being a long time customer.

I already talked to Tim but my third row seats were not folded down to vacuum in the folds and therefore the carpet is still dirty. I took a picture. Tim said he’d make it right and for his response, that is excellent.

I also like the changes to intake of vehicles for service. Not just from the aspect of the safety of staff and customer, but it was quite a bit more efficient and streamlined. Thanks to everyone there! I appreciate having a trusted crew taking care of my car. You Rock!

Went for an inspection which was schedualed for 9:20. After 10:30 I went to service desk to see how much longer. Apparently it was done but paperwork was not turned in. Still needed to get the car washed. The service person apologized for the delay . The safety of corona virus was excellent and made me feel safe which was a positive.
