The service experience was good, but it took much longer than was anticipated. I was told about 1 hour, and it took 3 hours... so that was the only unpleasant part.

My treatment by the Saratoga Honda team was higher then what would be expected from an alto mobile dealership. I have dealt with many dealerships since I have been driving for over 57 years and the Carr and professionalism exhibited by Saratoga Honda exceeds anything I have experienced before. This care and concern is much appreciated.

Cam was very professional and personable. Unrelated to Cam, some overall observations: When your staff put the arrival tag number in the car, they should not bring their face in close to the passenger in the car. Distance at all time is important particularly when talking. Also, we dropped off a family member’s car for service at another dealer in Glens Falls and their drop off and payment process was completely non contact and they put a cover on the steering wheel and floor mat. Just some suggestions as you look to optimize your services. We will return though because overall it was a great experience.

This is the third time and as many years that I’ve been to Saratoga Honda for service and I have to say every time they have exceeded my expectations I never write reviews are usually can’t be bothered but in this case I had to say something because every time my expectations are seated nice work!

It was very good except for the length of time it took. Wish it was quicker as I recently had hip replacement so wasn’t very comfortable sitting there for an hour and a half for an inspection and check tire. Everyone were very pleasant and nice to deal with.
