Honestly, my tech was the very best. And the gentleman who helped me with maintenance contract information was fantastic also. Best experience I have ever had getting my car serviced. I actually have sent many friends to your service dept. They have all thanked me for telling them. My son, my best friend, and a few strangers I had overheard complaining about bad service at another repair shop. I have actually seen one of the strangers, and they went out of their way to follow me into a store to thank me. So, thank you!

Truck was deeply scratched on drivers door..and service manager was shown. She said she would review cameras. 2-3 weeks later still no response . All thou your shop could not diagnose the noise I have with truck “ which I still have to this day.. your service manager should not say “well it’s an older truck it will have noises”. It didn’t have that noise until YOUR shop worked on it. You recommended a valve adjust and it did not fix the problem. You even said you had to readjust the valves again because they came loose again. That only means you did it wrong to begin with.
Melissa was a pleasure, she is extremely competent. We went over what the service that was going to be done. She asked me to go into the waiting room and she would see me when they’ve completed the service. She came into the waiting room and went over of the work that was done. It was perfect I was scheduled for 1:00 and I was taken right away. She told me it would take approximately an hour and ten minutes. It was right on the button! I really had a great treatment! Saratoga Honda has great employees!!! Happy Holidays
