When I called for new tires, it was "Ben" who was nice enough to fit me in last minute even though the schedule was busy it seems. I was worried about my two college kids driving back a fairly long distance on winter tires a couple days later, and he made it happen. Thanks!

You might want to put the coffee machine where it's only accessible to the staff. There was a customer who took coffee and then walked around the waiting area not wearing his mask so he could drink that coffee.
This appointment was to fix some damage that occurred during my previous appointment. The body shop did an outstanding job repairing the damage and even fixed some existing damage without my asking. This is the level of service I had come to expect from Honda prior to my last visit and also the reason I was so surprised/disappointed with my last experience.
No complaints. Saratoga Honda is the best!

when i made my appointment - "I could not be found" in your system. Since my husband dropped off my car ONCE - my entire profile was changed to his name. Who owned the car, the phone number, the email address. Just disrespectful.! The person who took my car was very nice and gave me my paper. I headed inside to handover my paper- I was ignored for 10 minutes. The lady at the end of the desks was the only person helping anyone. Then i picked up my car, again ignored for a long time. When i dropped off my car - i gave them my coupons - they were not deducted. I went back in - had to wait AGAIN for someone to help me - and have them process them. It took such a long time. I was just reminded why I have my car serviced by others.
Despite the circumstances you made it as pleasant as it could be. Do miss the coffee though????
