Tom was very helpful and especially finding a defect in a new tire I was purchasing and not putting it on my car but rather ordered a new one and did the job correctly! That is Excellence!

Tim was accommodating the first day I came in for service (June 16) and my tire was finished in time for me to get to a funeral. When I came back on June 17 it took over 2.5 hours to mount and align the remaining 3 tires. Tim checked in once during that time period to say my car was almost finished. I didn’t see Tim after that. Finally, I went to check on my car about later. The car appeared to be done and was parked inside the bay where Id dropped it off. Tim was gone and the time printed on the alignment print out was 4:58 pm. It was almost 6:00 pm. I asked if this print out is made when the car is done or before. I was told these were printed when the car was done. Those who assisted me at this point were efficient and understanding. I don’t believe Tim told anyone that I was waiting for the car in the lounge area.

Our car was leaking oil all over the garage floor after an oil change. We had to bring our vehicle back to have it fixed and were told the screws on the oil pan needed to be tightened.
