It was a pleasure having Tom as my Service Advisor at this appointment. Intake was handled very efficiently. He contacted me promptly with information regarding additional recommended services for my CRV. Car was finished earlier than expected and I appreciated being able to pay over the phone and arrange "contactless" pickup. Great overall experience!
