I am so pleased with the service at Saratoga Honda. I had a nail in my tire and they told me to come in right away. It was 1/2 hour before closing and they gave me a loaner car so they could work on mine. Very, very happy! Thank you Saratoga Honda!

I got a flat tire and called Saratoga Honda for service.I was told it would be either To repair tire or purchase a new tire. Saratoga Honda got me scheduled the same day I called. I received excellent customer service as usual.
After having my car in to have the AC issues looked at and opting out of the service because it costs more than the car is worth, I started my drive home where my exhaust went less than 7 miles down the road. I brought the car back in since there were no exhaust issues when I dropped it off and was told that it was natural wear and tear. It wasn’t until I mentioned that Saratoga Honda fixed it 3 1/2 years ago and that exhaust repairs should last longer than that did the rep then look into my file to see if there was a warranty. There was but when I came to pick up my car, it took 15 minutes for them to even find my car which was sitting on a lift in the shop the entire time. This was hands down the worst service experience I have ever received at Saratoga Honda over the 5 1/2 years I have been bringing my car there (which I also bought there).

We stopped in unexpectedly during a clearly busy time. Nevertheless we were greeted with smiles and extraordinary service by the greeter and the service representative.

Service was very good. I had a loaner car and I'm not to sure how well it was sanitized. There was change on the seat, dirt on the floor & the dash was dusty. But again the service dropping off and picking up was excellent.
The service advisor listened to my concerns, addressed them and the next day my car was all set. Thanks
This issue was addressed already and I feel satisfied with the overall experience. Samantha’s communication was lacking. Vehicle updates were not provided. I was told car would be ready on Saturday. I called at 4pm for an update. She said she’d call me right back. I never heard back from her. I called again on Monday at 2:15 and was told she would call me back when she got off the phone. An hour and 15 minutes later, I still hadn’t heard back. I was informed during my next call that Samantha is new. I can understand that she may have been overwhelmed.
