Great service experience. However you should be aware that some people have medical exemptions and have been instructed by their physician not to wear a mask. You can be fined by the American Disability Asssociation for asking what someone's disability is. Although it might to be visible, you should not discriminate and be respectful towards someone's medical exemption especially in this free country we live in. You do not know why someone is not wearing a mask. Discrimination is not friendly. Thank you for the great service otherwise.
I was extremely happy with my experience at the Service Department this week. Timothy was thorough and the team figured out why I was having electronic gaps in performance with my wipers and radio. I also loved the chairs places around the outside entrance for customers to wait at a distance from each other. Parts were ordered so I will be back to finish the job but I was very pleased with the diagnosis portion of my repair.
Thanks for making the process so simple and safe! I appreciate your efforts with social distancing - they are not at all burdensome for the customer.

Went to get my tires checked because I put aftermarket wheels on my vehicle they took very good care of my vehicle it’s running better than ever they did things I didn’t even ask to be done and I couldn’t be more happy. Went above and beyond
Very helpful. Took the time to find about an accessory I was looking for.
Oil change and inspection took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Could not complete inspection. And they disconnected the battery which locked my radio and lost all pre-sets. ????
Tom was courteous and professional. Work was completed within an acceptable time and satisfactorily.
