My car is under a vip plan and I thought that my services were covered. I'm not sure if I didn't understand what the customer service person told me before my car was serviced or if he led me to believe it would be covered and after it was serviced he realized it wasn't covered. I felt that he was a little bit frustrated that I didn't seem to understand what he was saying.
