I received the text this morning that if I had any questions or comments to reply to the text I replied to the text regarding an issue I might be having with the air conditioner and the text was not responded to and then this afternoon another text was sent asking to answer this question

Service rep Jordan researched my extended warranty to insure that I got what I was covered for. It was very busy at the shop but Jordan stayed in contact w me throughout the day to keep me updated on the work and the warranty situation. She had to do some follow up w warranty company on Monday and I was concerned that it would be forgotten but she took care of it promptly and called me w the result.

I was a bit early and was courteously greeted by a service adviser who took it upon himself to get me situated and made for a really easy and nice experience. These kinds of things go unnoticed but it was impressive. Thank you

Rear camber specs in the red on the right rear after alignment was performed with tech note stating “all is ok at this time”. Rear camber is not adjustable on these vehicles but no mention of any issues and I had to call back and discuss possible issues and solutions. Advised Kate that my right rear shock is leaking which may be the issue. Kate spoke with the tech and he said rear struts are fine. Have to bring it back for another check on the struts.

I brought my accord in for detailing. I told the service person there was a stain I’d like removed. I even paid extra for stain extraction. The stain is still in the upholstery. If you were unable to get the stain out I should have been told, otherwise it looks like I paid extra for nothing. Thank you.

The one thing was that when I got into my car to leave that it smelled of cigarettes. Thankfully, it dissipated quickly once the car was on, but was definitely there when I got in and was unpleasant. Especially since it is my car. I would recommend that anyone going in the cars of customers is not a smoker.
