My first experience here was disappointing. No one greeted me and I had to ask a mechanic to find out how to find a person to assist me. I’m used to other Honda dealerships having someone meet me when I bring the vehicle in for service. Brian is polite and I got my car back within an hour. However this was not the service I expected when I came to Saratoga Honda.

Gary was extremely kind, and helpful!! Even though it was only a minor repair, Honda always makes me feel like a priority. The only comment I have was when I called customer service they told me I just come down to the shop and the technician will help me. When I went to the shop they asked for my appointment. But the customer service did not asked me for any appointment. But despite of no appointment they still accept my car though I waited quite a while. I'm always satisfied on the service of Honda!

It was my first time having service done on my car and the process was a little confusing at first due to the volume of people that were there. Was no clear direction until I was being helped. Kyle was super nice and helped me understand what is to be done next time I come in.

Right from the moment I walked in Jordan was extremely friendly and helpful. She explained everything that would be done and gave me an approximate time when the work would be finished. She called me and messaged me when my vehicle was ready. When I returned she went over every aspect of the work that has been done
