Kate and your staff went 'over and above' in allowing me to retrieve my car YESTERDAY and bring my payment TODAY. (I had earlier left the debit card which I needed to pay my bill, at the market, and was not able to supply all digits to enter into your system manually. I even tried-unsuccessfully to reach my bank branch for help, but they were closed.) I truly appreciate your flexibility in that situation.
