The service center personnel are always kind and professional. They listen and give me confidence that my vehicle is important to them as much as it is to me. I stopped going to other mechanics a couple years ago and strictly rely on your shop for my needs

I brought the vehicle up for application of side trim and mentioned when I arrived there was a problem with driver side windshield wiper. I was told it would be taken care of. After trim was done Justin came over to help me sync up ipad air2 to car but could not because you are in a dead zone for Verizon cell service. We pulled out and drove around building & still dead zone then it started raining so turned on wipers and problem was not fixed. Wiper sticking then thumping so Justin said that will be fixed and got service people to come out. They switched the rubber blade, problem solved but it should have been fixed when I told service manager

Was there in the middle if March to have my transmissions regular service and asked to have the brakes checked. Was told they were fine all sevens front and back. I wanted to change the pads before they got into the rotors and was assured they were fine. I went yesterday June 26 for a oil change (a little over 3 months later) and was told my back brakes and rotors are all rusted out with the pads at a 1 and dangerous must be done while the front is still fine at both at six. Only about 3500 miles.I'm not happy to say the least after being deceived from the start and lied to this is just another thing that has made me loose confidence in Saratoga Honda.

I'm going to call and discuss this, but I'm very sure that someone there looked thru my little compartment above my glove box in our CRV. There were things on my passenger side floor that were not there when I handed my car over. I'm trying to figure out if anything was taken or not. I'm sorry to have to accuse someone of this, however, I would not if I wasn't 100% sure.
