Service rep was great & apologetic, however the wait just for an inspection was around 2 hours or more. I would have dropped the vehicle off had I known.

It wasn’t excellent but it was very good of Jordan to compliment my extra wait with free tire rotation and car wash when I have time. I emphasized my need to be somewhere at 1 but didn’t get done until then (which made me late to a dr appt that I had to reschedule and get charged $50) otherwise service was satisfactory and a pleasure as usual at Saratoga Honda.

Another great experience at Saratoga Honda! Had an odd sound coming from my Ridgeline and they took the time to identify the issue, go for a drive with me to recreate the sound, and then reassured me by explaining the source of the sound. No charge and very friendly. Can't say enjoy about the quality of service. Thank you again!

Came in totally unplanned because a chipmunk decided to stay in my car and pop in and out of the hood looking at me while I was driving. Having no idea what to do and completely freaked out I stopped in. Someone came and checked my car right away to help me (which is probably not really part of anyone’s job description) and then mentioned my breaks were nearing the end of a safe and useful life - I knew I was getting close based on my last service visit. I was also close to my next service today and they fit me in to have that done and my breaks while I was there. I had my son with me and while we were waiting in the break area enjoying some of your snacks someone else came and gave him a coloring book to help keep him occupied. Such a nice experience all around and my car is now serviced, safer and chipmunk free when I took it home..
