I absolutely love the service at Saratoga Honda. I’ve been with them since 2002 and will not go anywhere else. Brian is always helpful and pleasant This is my second vehicle and plan on staying with Saratoga for years to come
I had washed my vehicle a few days prior to my appointment taking the time to wipe down all watermarks, clean all the windows inside and out with cleaner along with my mirrors, and vacuum and detail the inside. After the complementary car wash, my car was covered in white/gray watermarks. I wasn’t too happy, seeing as I took the time to clean my car up to have it look like that only two days after cleaning it. Other than that, all is well!
Im wondering if the headlight was missed during the inspection? I ended up paying a labor charge when I stayed to have the headlight bulb replaced.I cannot always come in for a seperate appointment.I was already there so I needed to get it done.Thanks.
Nick was so helpful fixing my 81 Mercedes. He and the mechanic downloaded repair manuals and searched for parts for the car. I fee they went above and beyond to help me

Stephan was great he checked me I right away as my dog was with me. Told me where water bowl was after we got back from walk. Best of all he redid bill when I gave him coupon

Everything was great (except you forgot to put the battery in my key remote, requested).
There was not enough staff on in the service reception area to handle the volume of customers coming in.
The emails you send out set an expectation of being greeted at your vehicle and taken care of immediately. When I arrived there were only 2 people working at desks, both with customers. I was not the only customer waiting to be helped. I don’t mind waiting my turn, however that is not the expectation you advertise.
Service was fast, Brian was a professional.
