Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I was updated about my vehicle. I was beyond impressed, especially since I brought a non Honda to be serviced. She was very thorough and professional, and always got back to me promptly. I’ve already told a few friends who are currently looking for cars to go to Saratoga Honda and I will be referring anyone who has a Honda to go there for service and to specifically ask for Jordan!

Jordan was extremely helpful today. She explained everything to me patiently and was informative helping me make the decision on what services to have done. She then went out of her way to find out questions I had about a lifetime power train warranty I purchased when I bought my CRV when no one had really known what I was referring to when I was there for previous services. She gets a ten out of ten from me!

At first, Kyle did not seem to want to assist me. But the longer I stood at the counter talking to Kyle....he warmed up. Sometimes it takes people a little longer than others. When my car was ready after the diagnostic check, he was very accommodating with the next step.Thank You for always having quality staff!

Yes, I was traveling from Plattsburgh to Baltimore on Sunday when my electrical system failed. I left the car there for service on Sunday evening. Kyle called me on Monday morning to tell me it needed a new alternator. The car was ready for pick up by Tuesday at 11am. The only problem was that all the devices (Sirius XM, clock and phone) has to be reprogrammed. I went back to tell him and the young woman service rep sitting to the left of Kyle spoke up and volunteered to help me. In five minutes she did it all! Before that another technician saw me struggling to tournament off the AC in the rear. He volunteered to help. Your staff was excellent! Thank you!
