I had to wait over 90 minutes to have my airbag recall fixed. I realize that it became busy while I was there, but I did have an appointment and was told it would take 45-60 minutes. I eventually had to come out to the desk and ask to be checked out.

We brought our car in for an oil change and a noise coming from the front left tire. The counter person explain to my wife that it was a backing plate and it was fixed. My wife called me on the way home and said the noise was even louder than before. after driving it myself the noise is louder than when we brought it in.

Everything was great up until I noticed my car in the bay with work completed for about 20 minutes before I checked with service assistant who then checked me out. Perhaps ten minutes or so later, after I got home, did I receive the automated “car is ready for pick up” text message. I noticed a few other customers checking on their cars as well. It seemed that the associates could not keep up with the number of cars being in and out processed.

Jordan has done a great job for me, however I am concerned about the brake bleed the service department performed. The brake pedal goes down further and the brakes feel spongy. I feel they should check it out.

Everything went smoothly for my appointment. Only issue was part of appointment was a possible shake/ shudder in vehicle/ transmission. no information was given on verification of complaint or verification of fix. Was offered to purchase alignment though. Shake still there. Will have to bring to original dealership for further diagnosis.
