Extremely slow. Improving customer service is something this dealership really needs to focus on. I need to get more service done but I’m not sure that I want to come back. I’d almost rather drive farther out of my way than to come back here, so take that for what it’s worth.

Always amazing, but this time was even above and beyond! Kate made sure someone was able to get my car and bring it back, all while I was at work! She’s such an asset to your business, the value Kate adds is unmatched. Thank her for me please! I don’t even have a Honda but I still go thru honda for all my service needs because of Kate!

This was an appointment to take care of a problem that was caused by a previous visit. The problem was rectified at no charge as it should have been. Just an slight inconvenience for me

The service was great! I very much appreciate a free car wash. I just wish it was better quality. My car was cleaner, but it still had bugs and bird excrement on it.

As usual, my experience at Saratoga Honda was excellent and the service provider was able to accommodate my request to do my car inspection along with changing the lightbulb on my brakes. In addition, He provided me information on when I might need new tires. Thank you Saratoga Honda for providing such excellent service!
