Extremely slow. Improving customer service is something this dealership really needs to focus on. I need to get more service done but I’m not sure that I want to come back. I’d almost rather drive farther out of my way than to come back here, so take that for what it’s worth.

The service was great! I very much appreciate a free car wash. I just wish it was better quality. My car was cleaner, but it still had bugs and bird excrement on it.

As usual, my experience at Saratoga Honda was excellent and the service provider was able to accommodate my request to do my car inspection along with changing the lightbulb on my brakes. In addition, He provided me information on when I might need new tires.
