When I arrived, I walked into the service area to see your employees towards the back of your service desks doing what they said was yoga. I was not greeted when I came in the door and had to walk to the back desks to get they’re attention. I came right from work so I was not dressed in the nicest clothes so I just assumed that was why I was ignored. When I finally was acknowledged a woman asked for my keys and where my car was and walked outside. She did not tell me what she was doing so I walked out the front door to see what I was supposed to do. It would of been nice to of been walked through what was needed from me when I got there. Communication goes a long way. Now I must admit along with me being dirty from work (construction) my car is older and I was only there for a recall on my car but how do you know i might not bring my other cars there for service or even buy a new car there. Judging people by their looks is a dangerous road to go down.
