I brought in my fit at 10:45 on a Saturday hoping that the 3 things I needed done could be addressed. The service department did everything I asked and the cost was $150 less than I expected. This is my second experience with the service department in the last 3 months and both were very positive and affordable. I will always take my Honda to Saratoga Honda for anything.

You guys are amazing and I look forward to bringing my car in. The only frustration for me is when I bring my pre-paid oil change/tire rotation coupons in and no one seems to know what they are. Then, a manager or phone number has to be called to figure out what to do and make sure they can be used at your location. I know it’s confusing because they say for use at another dealership but they were purchased with the understanding that I could use them anywhere in the U.S. and there wouldn’t be a problem. I even called corporate(?) Honda when we first moved here to confirm and the woman assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. As I said, everything is wonderful but that’s just a source of anxiety for me.

The service was very good and quick. The waiting room was very clean and very well stocked with nice snacks tea and coffee. The service person Steve was very polite and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased. Thank you

I had a very excellent visit today with Kyle. I’ve recently purchased my 2015 Honda Civic about a month ago and had some concerns.
