My fiancé leased from Mohawk, the year before me. Last weekend, we had to go for service, we waited for hours. I understand that on the weekend, the wait is going to be much longer, but the advisor kept lying to us. I did not receve that service at Saratoga. My service advisor was polite/informative, and checked in with me. Best part? In and out in an hour!
