Outstanding service as always
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation as a VIP member. I waited for an hour and half and then went back to the service advisor who couldn’t locate my car. It was sitting outside and had probably been finished for quite awhile. He then had problems locating my fob which in the end was sitting on an empty desk. I normally have had no problems with any service appointments and really I fully understand that things happen. My service advisor was very polite and apologetic.

I came in at 630pm with a burned out blower motor for the A/C.. by 725pm I was leaving with the old motor replaced with a new one... I was totally surprised that your service dept was open, willing, and able to help me on such short notice, and at that time of the work day..... Thank you

Good job, only problem was no one there to greet you like they do at Toyota. Seemed a bit confusing at first, but once Jordan found me she got things rolling.
I called for an appointment and was told to come when it was convenient for me. I came down, was greeted , info taken and escorted to the lounge to wait. Even though I didn't have an appointment my car was quickly worked on, they even threw in a car wash!

Jordon, was very knowledgeable, discussed all info on oil change. I mentioned that I dropped a short cord beteeen driver seat &console & asked Doug to try to fish it out which he did, to my great thanks ! I enjoyed teas in lounge
