The personnnel were great but spent $40 for diagnostic on “system keyless entry” light that they tested 2x, however, tonight went back out and light is on again. According to Manuel the car may not start. I’m assuming that’s not going to happen but will call service on Monday.
I wish they wouldn't bring my car back in when I'm picking it up. So far each time it's been parked behind other cars. The employees quickly move them but I'd be just as happy to save them the trouble and pick up my car outside
We have a freshman son at Skidmore who torn his ACL in lacrosse practice. needed our “kid car” — a wonderful 2011 Accord. I (Elaine Sobell) drove the kid car up from Boston only to discover that the AC and defroster didnt work. Kids had notced it the week before and never mentioned it. The lack of AC was a very temperaru issue, but the lack of defroster was dangerous. I rolled all the windows down on the highway to keep the humid air from fogging up the windshield and asked Suri to find a Honda dealership in Saratoga Springs. She connected me with this wonderful dealership and they instantly came to my rescue! I brought the car in the next day, and Nick spent 30 minutes on the phone verifying our extended warentee and lining everthing up. They diagnosed the need for a new compressor, got the part, and the next day spent 3 1/2 hrs installing it. Our price? The $50 deductable. I am thrilled to know they will be there for us in the future while our son uses this car at Skidmore!
