After I left, the noise was not fixed. I called Gary and had to leave a message and I did not receive a call back. Not happy that I paid $150 and the problem is still there. And, poor customer service not to return call after I just left 5 minutes earlier.

I haven’t been in since you revamped your service department. There was one person handling every person who came in. I have always greatly appreciated your service people and the one on one attentiveness to my repair and service needs. One person can’t do that for every customer. The actual work, as always, was excellent. But the experience was nearly unrecognizable as Saratoga Honda. While your facility is the most convenient for me, I will be trying some of the other Honda service facilities. If I find one like you used to be, I’ll go with them as my new go to. If I don’t, I’ll be back for the excellent work you do and just miss the better way your facility used to function.

It took two hours from start to finish to figure out what was wrong with a tire! I was there two weeks ago for s tire rotation and oil change and had low pressure then. They didn't catch it. Went back today to wait for two hours and was told I had to purchase a br and new tote after a lengthy wait. Next time I have tire issues I will be visiting the local mobile station.
