I must have hit it right today. The service technician was in a good mood. The service I needed was an oil change. I asked for a 1/4 qt. rinse before they close up the crank case. This time the service advisor had no problem with my request and he wrote it right on the service order. The whole job took less than an hour. When I got the car back I could hear the engine ran easier and quieter than it did when I brought it in. The car loves having clean oil in it. Honda came through at a reasonable price.
Jordan was able to process my repair efficiently despite the internet being down.She went out of her way to make sure I was completely taken care of.
The services are excellent and they're professional. They actually listen to the customer. I'll continue to bring my vehicles to this location.
Brian saved the day for us! I had an emergency situation where I ran over an object in the road which got lodged in my tire. I called Brian and he told me to immediately come in. In no time, the tire was fixed and I was on my way. Excellent service as always! Thank you!

Jeremy Ecker was ready at exactly 7 AM, the time of the appointment yesterday, to take the car in. He added a New York State inspection to my request immediately and had the car in and out in what I thought was a less than anticipated amount of time.
Jeremy was efficient, friendly and courteous.
Based on my experience yesterday, I will be opting for 7 AM service appointments as often as possible going forward.
