I realize that the car wash is free, but this is the second time I’ve had my car serviced at Saratoga Honda and your car wash is horrible! My car was not clean and we had to wash it when we fight home. The hood was dirter than it was and had grease spots on it.
Ext time I won’t bother with the Car wash!!!
I would like to say it was flawless however when it came down to the final straw the color options I was hoping for were not available and ultimately had to settle on just one color CRV LX . Initially I was quite upset since this was a Black Friday deal that was not available after I was told of no color options. After some pushback from me to your salesman and management teM they did come through with a compromise which I do appreciate.

The gentleman Kyle something had no personality. Wasn’t rude but certainly wasn’t friendly.
