I still can't get over the great service and welcome I got on my first service appointment! Thank you!

It seems that everything was fix all right but only time will tell for sure weather or not the replacement part will not freeze and catch water similar to the last one.

Great as always

This was just snow tires installation. The work was excellent except for the price. A couple of years ago it went for about $60 to $120 for (4) tires now. A little steep but since I can afford it and I like the workmanship, I'll pay it. Thanks for listening.

No updates all day. Called right before closing

I was surprised at the lack of hospitality by your "service advisors" . Only the first man at the car said good morning as well as pointing out that my NY sticker was out of date an he could take care of that. At the service desks I went to three different ones only to be told they couldn't attend me. One was a trainee and the other two never said why or suggest they would help me as soon as they were through with whatever. I stood around for at least 7-8 minutes at the desks looking for help and no one bothered. Then when I was attended to, no "good morning what can I help you with." I found it remarkable how the staff did not go out of their way to help or even say good morning, I'll be right with you. I hate to say this but the whole experience at Mohawk Honda is totally the opposite , and I went there for three years.
