Took longer than expected then found items from my glove box on the floor of my truck. Did not notice the items until I stopped at the store. Honda has always been well above the standards of any other service station. Thus was disappointing to me.

We were told our car displayed a code indicating that it needed a brake fluid change. We didn’t notice any such code on the display. Furthermore, we have never owned any car that needed a brake fluid change at 20k miles. This was an unexpected expense. The last time the car was in for service there was no mention that this might occur. We were pleased with the service provided and we were pleased with the professionalism of the staff. We were not pleased with the unexpected nature of the maintenance.

The service at a Saratoga Honda is beyond excellent.. the service writers are friendly and competent and keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle. Even paying the bill is a pleasant experience.
