Tom is always professional, prompt, and sincere. The service technicians always do an excellent job and leave the car clean. The customer lounge is always clean and well stocked with soda, coffee and snacks. The sales team and other staff members are always professional and friendly. Saratoga Honda is such a nice place that you almost want to visit it every day just to say hello to the staff.
