As always brain was excellent. Always courteous and kind. My only not favorable comment is not about Brian but about the mechanic who worked on my car I'm not sure during what process but I had a cream colored cloth bag on the front seat of my car which he must have had to move and in that process he got grease all over the handles and on the back of the bag. I didn't notice until I reach my destination

Saratoga Honda service, as usual, was excellent. However, I went in with a headlight issue which remains unresolved. While researching this, I came across several complaints related to burnt out daytime running lights. I have not had any issue with this yet but if I do, I hope Honda will treat this as a recall item.
