Tom was really helpful and kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car throughout the entire service. He took the time to find the needed parts for my car so that I can have my car back in time.

I am neither a previous customer nor a Honda driver but had a car emergency New Year’s Eve and barely made it to your place as my car was dying. The customer service I received from Lisa (and the man who took my keys/car and the shuttle driver into town) was so outstanding I can’t imagine how you treat actual customers. After talking to Lisa I was very satisfied with my service she’s a great person. She helped me with all my problems. Made me understand what was going on. Did a great job I was more than satisfied.
I really like the friendliness os everyone there. Even as I was waiting for my car to be done, my sales guy Derek Denison stopped to say hello! Oh, btw..you all said it would take an hour and a half. You lied! It was less than an hour! ????????
Responsive and helpful with my unexpected problem
It was a very busy evening at Honda today and Tom was very good about apologizing for the wait and made sure he was able to make the cashing out process quick while still being thorough! I’ve dealt with Tom during most of my visits and he always is helpful and has a positive attitude no matter how busy it is.
In addition to an oil change and a recall issue, I had my car vacuumed. Wow! What a fantastic job your crew did! It looked like they did much more than just vacuum. I even have that new car smell! Many,many thanks!
