Although Kyle seemed to be fighting fight illness, he was pleasant and was able to fit me in ahead of my scheduled appointment time. The last year provided a few sketchy service issues, but I was pleased today.

Lisa and Kiyle made my service visit smooth and painless ( except for my wallet.) The estimate was a little higher than what I paid and I felt as though it was fair. I did mention to Lisa that my car had not been washed and she promptly offered to have done right away or at a more convenient time.I appreciated her acknowledging that it was an oversight that she would personally take responsibility for rectifying. Thank you.
