Everything was virtually perfect. I was able to schedule a service right away for my a used Lexus. Lexus wanted me to wait seven days. Lisa did a great job. The service took just about an hour as estimated. I was able to get some work done in the waiting area. Thank you

Melissa Grasso did a great job keeping me informed but the appointment was 2/12 hours long, when they said 11/2 hours. I was told it was because of an unexpected meeting??? I think my appointment should have been rescheduled on a better day for Saratoga Honda.

I am very happy I decided to get my recall done while in Saratoga. After working with Jordan I will no longer be doing business with my previous dealership and plan to go to Saratoga from now on.
