My vehicle was given priority service because I complained about a possible serious problem involving a front wheel, it was serviced within a couple of hours, and returned to me repaired and washed. Jordan explained the work that was to be done, gave me an exact estimate of the cost I would incur, and kept me informed via phone of the status of my vehicle. She was exceptionally professional and willing to please. We will return for service to this location because of our positive experience today.

I called on 12/31/18 at 10 am to make an appt .... no one answered and it went to voice mail saying someone would call back if I left my msg... didn’t say they were closed or anything . I left a msg with my info , car make, phone nbr etc . No one called me back. So I called again after the new year and made my appt . Why would you have voicemail if you won’t call your customers back ? Also .... last time I brought my car for service and they sent me the same damn survey, I said how unsafe it is that the tech turns off my headlights, which I always keep on auto.... so I leave there in the dark and unless I know they do this, I risk driving in The dark with no headlights. They did the same thing tonight . Clearly no one reads the surveys or passes on the info. Frustrating.
Lisa gave very good service and went the extra mile to explain the need for a brake repair which was unexpected. This was because the brake pads and rotors had been replaced less than four months ago. She was able to secure a discount on the repair cost which was very much appreciated.
My car was taken in immediately and back to me within an hour. Great service!
