Perhaps a ben hbor two outside would be a good idea for folks waiting whod rather get fresh air instead of sitting in front of a television.
I was unhappy with the fact that I have a service contract with my lease but needed to pay for an air and oil filter. I was charged 115.00 plus tax for these filters and the labor involved included in that fee was over 57.00. It takes only minutes to replace these filters. My son said that I was overcharged for these.

Someone left the keys to our car on the dashboard in plain site for all to see. When I picked up my car on Sunday I couldn’t believe someone would do that. Anybody walking buy could of very easily taken that car. Bad enough had to return the car week later because a wheel alignment was done & car was returned with a crooked steering wheel. It amazes me how careless they are.
Broke my license plate cover -snapped it 6/8/19, while being serviced. Already called to establish this with service dept, asked for compensation. Did not replace interior light, but opened cover, left open & left screwdriver & bulb in my back seat. Overall, purchased car from Saratoga Honda on 7/24/18- AC component broken out after one month of use, as AC did not work when summer started this yr - service scheduled for 7/15/19. Hopefully a better experience will occur on this date.
