My experience today was excellent. I was given the information I needed for my vehicle going forward. My service writer was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. She was very friendly and spoke with a smile. It is very rare that you find a person willing to go over your needs even if you aren’t getting the service done that day for which she was suggesting. When a female service rep noticed i was waiting with a toddler she offered to move my vehicle to the front to get me out faster. I cant even tell you how much this meant to me! My friend and I with toddlers agree that this move alone will make us buy hondas in the future

Everything went smoothly and quickly.
Asked Kyle to set up an oil change, tire rotation and roll check on balancing of tires because of shaking at high speeds. No oil change or tire rotation was done. Day off work and will need to take another one soon to take care of this.

When I picked up my vehicle they said the key did not work in the drivers side door which was very odd because it always had . I explained I didn’t think the key was correct but I was dismissed and told that because our SUV was older the key slot must be worn out. When I returned home I got my spare key which is black , not the grey I was given which was another clue it was the wrong key . The spare black key works fine in the drivers door. I will call tomorrow, Saturday and request a key be ordered so I have a spare if they can’t find my key.

My wife brought the car down for service and AC issue. Part had to be ordered for AC. On the way home within a few miles a panel under the engine came loose. She tried calling Me Mullen but it went to voicemail. She called again and a women named Alex recommended my wife AAA as there might be a charge otherwise. We have roadside assistance plus the VIP. After I called the dealer you contacted my wife and sent out a tech to refasten the panel. I have no idea if the panel is damaged or not.
