Excellent service experience
1) Confusion with my tire order. Required two interruptions at work to resolve.
2) $199 complete detail charged but the rear cargo area hadn't even been vacuumed. Items under seat (lip balm kit etc) still down there. Pictures available. Cockpit area is fine. Sloppy detail work; especially for that price.
Disappointed despite previous positive experiences.

Saratoga Honda is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with but working with Tom just added that “wow” factor. Fee is all lumped into one price, can you check to be sure that’s right, I should have paid 201 per tire which was a price match. Price of 126 to mount and Val 4 tires seems high,
Handled it qiuickly and no problems I was actually surprised Because if recent throat cancer operation I couldn’t speak. He was courteous and handled it well
