While I can understand that the maintenance minder prompts for a brake fluid change, my car has under 20,000 miles on it. I work from home, it’s garaged most of the week, and the only time that I really drive it is on weekends, between here and visiting family in Connecticut. If there was an issue with the brakes, brake fluid, etc. I would have felt it. So I feel that was an unnecessary $109 service. I paid it because I care about my lease and I’ve taken great care of that car, but had it been a car that I owned, I would have absolutely declined the service.

What a fantastic group...from the receptionist/cashiers to the service manager to the technicians. It was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish despite the frustrating day that led up to needing them! Thank you for making the day much better.
