All of the staff at Saratoga Honda were absolutely professional and provided superb service.
This is the second time I brought the car to have the auto lights fixed. I was sent away the first time assured that they worked and that I had to move my EZPass box as it was interfering with the signal. I tested this after dark when I got home and the auto lights still did not work. This second time the service rep said there was nothing wrong with them. I asked him to verify this. He took the car through the dark car wash and discovered that indeed they did NOT work. Clearly the lights were not tested in a dark area either visit.
Came without appointment at 6:00 p.m., Diagnostic and repair done same night, by 7:00. Great service! Desk people always nice...
The reason I had to bring my car in was due to the service done on my car there 2 days prior.
Can not thank you enough for taking care of this “traveling through your area” customer. You were awesome and not only took care of my tire pressure problem but took care of a recall in my 2017 CR-V! Thanks a million for getting me in and out so quickly. Honda service people are amazing!!!!

I did not review the final work order so I left without having a couple of air filters being replaced. I will have to schedule another appointment to have that done.
