To be completely honest, I wasn’t happy about having to spend over $300 to have a new battery placed since I just purchased the vehicle in April. I know the car is older with a lot of miles, but I would have thought that I would at least get a year or so before I’d have to replace it. I really feel I should be reimbursed for the battery. I’m pretty frustrated because I’ve had to bring this vehicle in three times for service since April. I’m not someone who usually complains but I am pretty discouraged and question whether I should have bought the vehicle. I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received, everyone has a always been very courteous and helpful

75 minutes is far too long to wait for an inspection. And that is with an appointment.
Gary was very approachable and had my car ready in a timely manner. I never have an issue when getting my car serviced. And the snacks were a plus! :)
