I came in after jump starting vehicle, you checked battery and it was fine, appreciate checking things out and not just charging me for new battery.

Service appts at Saratoga Honda are always without incident. This last one was the same. The appt was for NYS Inspection and a couple of additional items came up. Ryan did a good job explaining the additional work my CRV required and I might have avoided bigger problems in the long run.

Although Lisa was great! Halfway home I realized my inspection sticker wasn’t updated. Come to find out, it wasn’t even completed. When I pulled in, I asked the gentleman specifically for my inspection and oil change. I’m traveling tomorrow and I needed this completed today. I spent 2:45 hrs there today and it didn’t get completed. I’m disappointed this happened.
