Inspection and work took longer than I was told. I wish I had dropped off my car rather than sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours.
90 minutes for oil, tires and wash was longer than I was hoping for.
My experience was great this time. I found out my brakes are not warped in the manner that I was told they were during my last visit. A little disappointed that I was told this and that it would be over $400 to fix. I’m very happy I didn’t spend that unnecessary money. Makes me a little leary of bringing my car to Honda Service. Melissa was very helpful.

Took my car in for a $500 gearbox repair and it was returned with $1000 damage to the SRS system.
