I was told that I needed brake pads and my rotors resurfaced. I found that quite off since I just had new ones put on 6 months ago. I brought my car immediately to an independent brake shop and they confirmed that I do not need new brake pads. In fact, their measurements for the brake pads were double for the front and 25% more in the back than what your service tech indicated.

Yesterday , in response to my expression of frustration with cell phone connectivity to HondaLink, one of the service coordinators suggested I stop by for assistance. I did so today when one coordinator took my concern and a few minutes later another one said he had resolved the issue. He then took the time to share his experience with me so that I might resolve a similar issue in the future. All 3 of these folks were great ambassadors for Saratoga Honda. As I’m making my way out of the customer lounge a 4th service rep who had noticed the VIP windshield sticker asked if I’d like a car wash before leaving. Great customer service, thank you Saratoga Honda!
